United Methodist Women
(UMW) meet monthly & offers opportunities for service, fellowship & bible study to all women of the church. Their annual fall bazaar fundraiser supports special Sunrise projects as well as a variety of missions, such as:
-Simpson Shelter for homeless men,
-Emma Norton House-housing & rehabilitation for women and families who have children undergoing surgery,
-Alexandra House-shelter for abused women and their families.

Mary Circle is a UMW Bible study which meets in homes on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1:30 pm. Location and directions available through church office.

Friendship Circle is a UMW Bible study which gathers to share a bag lunch together at 11:00am the 1st Thursday of each month at the church.

Craft Circle meets the 1st Monday of each month at 1:00 pm at the church to work on crafts for the Annual Fall Bazaar or special projects.

Youth group for grades 3-12 meets 1st & 3rd Sundays, 6-8 pm.

Support Groups

Depression Support Group - Open to persons with depression and bipolar illness, their loved ones and friends. Meets at Sunrise on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 7 PM. The group is operated under the auspices of the MN Depressive/Manic Depressive Association.

Al-Anon - For individuals with and family members of those who have drug and alcohol problems meets every Thursday evening at 8 PM
