Prayer Chain - Sunrise has a core of people who will pray for your needs. We have both a phone chain and an e-mail chain. If you have a need for prayer or an interest in joint the prayer chain ministry, contact our church office at 763-786-4926 or via e-mail at sumc@sunriseumc.org, put "Prayer Concern" in the subject line.

Prayer Shawl Ministry - The Prayer Shawl Ministry began at Sunrise in February, 2006. Those who make the shawls include both knitters and crocheters. Shawls are given to people who are going through difficult times, or who are at significant moments in their lives. Prayers of blessing are knitted and crocheted into the shawls.
